Why can't I see sales data on the event detail page?

If the event was newly added, it may take up to 30 minutes for the first sales data to appear. If no sales data is available after 30 minutes, it might be because there haven't been any sales for the event yet. You can also check the footer of the page to see when the last sales data was added globally.

Which price is shown on the event detail page?

The price displayed is the payout price to the seller. This price may differ from your payout due to various fees and discounts applied on the marketplace website.

Where can I find my invoice for the TickSights tool?

Your invoice is stored on the Whop website. Go to Whop Account Billing History. Click the "Manage" button next to the TickSights tool. A new popup window will open where you will find a "More Details" link next to the Invoice headline. Click this link, and you will be redirected to a Stripe page. On this page, scroll down to the "INVOICE HISTORY" section. Click on the relevant date, and a new window will open where you can download the invoice.

Why is the invoice from Whop and not from TickSights?

Whop is acting as the Merchant of Record (MOR). This means that you are purchasing the product from Whop, and they handle all administrative tasks, taxes, and fees. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, you need to contact Whop.

Why can't I find my Viagogo sale in the TickSights tool?

The data for sales is provided to us by Viagogo, and we have no control over the information they supply. If you can't find your sale, there could be several reasons for this:

  1. Currency Differences: Sales data is provided in euros. If your sale was in a different currency, there may be discrepancies due to exchange rate conversions.

  2. High-Demand Events: For events with high demand (more than 10 sales per minute), it's possible that some sales might be missed.

  3. Platform Limitations: Not all sales are conducted through the Viagogo/StubHub platform. Sales made outside these platforms may appear in your account but not in the sales data we receive. We suspect that Viagogo sometimes covers sales, and high-priced sales frequently do not appear in the data.

In general, while it is inconvenient when a sale does not appear, it has no significant impact on market analysis since it represents only a small fraction of total sales.

Which marketplaces are currently supported?

We currently support Viagogo/StubHub, StubHub International, and Gigsberg.

Are there plans to integrate additional marketplaces?

Yes, we are working on adding more marketplaces, such as Ticombo, FTN, and others. However, future integrations depend on the capabilities of the marketplaces themselves. They must provide a way for us to access and import sales data into our system.

Is it possible to track events just for me?

Yes, you can request that we put you in your own group so that you can track private events. We initially offered this feature and found that most people are tracking more or less the same events. Even in cases where you have low-key events, the likelihood of someone else detecting them is quite low due to the sheer number of events being tracked. No one is truly aware of all segments, which means the leak risk is practically non-existent.

Why is the event date/time in the tracker different from the marketplace?

This difference usually occurs when the event and your location are in different time zones. We always aim to display event information in your local time zone. For example, if an event starts at 8:30 PM in Colombia, and you are in the German time zone, the tracker will show the event as starting at 3:30 AM the following day. This is because Germany is 7 hours ahead of Colombia. By adjusting the event time to your local time zone, you can more easily manage your ticket sales, including scheduling your final listings and knowing when tickets will be taken offline.
